Kevin Volery’s cooking is definetely going to seduce you. From traditional dishes made from local produce to his exotic creations like Bobo Camarao, a Brazilian speciality from Pernambucana.
The chef’s slogan: ‘faire plaisir en se faisant plaisir’, as passed on to him by his parents Jean-Claude, Marisa Volery.
