Jean-Claude Volery’s cooking is definetely going to seduce you. From traditional dishes made from local produce to his exotic creations like Bobo Camarao, a Brazilian speciality from Pernambucana.
The chef’s slogan: ‘faire plaisir en se faisant plaisir’, which means that he’s happy when his guests are enjoying their meal. Jean-Claude, Marisa and all their staff like you to have the best time in their warm place.
